We know shopping online doesn't always work out, so we have made the returns process as simple as possible for you. If it doesn't fit, or you are simply not happy, you have 30 days to return your order and we can provide an exchange, store credit or refund. No questions asked! 

To start the return process, please email us at info@missholly.com.au requesting the reason for the return.

Return Policies:

  • Returned within 30 days from receiving your items.
  • Unworn, unwashed and free from stains.
  • All tags are still attached and in the original packaging that came with your order.
  • There are strictly no refunds, exchanges or store credits for custom dresses.
  • Return shipping costs are payable to the customer.
  • Miss Holly are not responsible for any lost parcels,  we advise to return your item with a traceable service! 

Refund Policies: 

  • There are strictly no refunds for change of mind on sale items 
  • Full priced items purchased using a promotional code are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. 
  • Items can only be refunded to the original method of payment. 
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards can take between 3 - 7 business days to appear in your account 
  • If your items were purchased through Afterpay, any future Afterpay payments will be canceled and Afterpay will refund any payments already processed. 
  • Store credits are only valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Exchange Policies: 

  • Any exchanges will be send to the original order's postal address. Please email info@missholly.com.au if any changes are made to the address 
  • Any exchanges that are greater value then the returned item you will receive the balance through a paypal link and will need to be paid before the item can be dispatched 
  • Any exchanges that are less in value then the returned item, the difference will go into a store credit. If you would like the difference refunded please email us at info@missholly.com.au
